Blairgowrie has some spectacular countryside with the Grampian mountains close at hand and access to Gle Isla, Glen Shee and Braemar giving the visitor a spectacular introduction to the Highlands. The area also lots of history with Perth some eight miles away and Dundee ten miles providing this information as required. Scotish Castles are on the doorstep, Perth, Glams and Edinburgh are within two hours drive. Travel Details Public transport is available within Blairgowrie which will take you to both Perth and Dundee from which rail access is available to all major Scotish cities.
