Property Details Our 3 bedroom apartment is large and spacious, with 160 square meters and a gorgeous view of the central lakes in the heart of Copenhagen. With a corner view and 7 windows facing the lakes, this place has a great view and lovely ambiance. It has a living room with a large flat screen cable TV with a DVD player and playstation, an eating area, a bathroom with a washer, dryer, and bathtub/shower. One bedroom has a double bed, while another bedroom has two single high beds, and the third bedroom has two single high beds for small children. The kitchen is modern, with a 4 burner gas stove and oven. There is a large back courtyard area with a playground. We prefer to rent to or exchange with families or couples. A spectacular and homey place! Area Details Located in Oesterbro, midway to Noerrebro, the apartment is a 2 minute walk from several bus lines and a short ride to Noerreport metro and S train station. This is a lovely neighborhood made up of apartment buildings and small shops, a 10 minute walk along the lake to the shopping area of Oesterbro. There are several cafes and restaurants on the lake just a 5 minute walk away, but the flat is nevertheless very quiet in the evenings. The lakes are excellent for walking and running, and connect easily to Noerrbro, Vesterbro, and Oesterbro. The lakes really make the ambience of the place. There are numerous cafes, strollers, and joggers on these man-made lakes which stretch across the city with a tree-lined path that goes to each othe city's main neighborhoods. Travel Details The apartment is easily accessible with bus, and is a short walk to an 'S' or street train station.
